Honoring Dominican Republic’s waterfalls and lush vegetation, this cookie is loaded with single-origin milk chocolate made from pure Dominican cocoa. High cocoa content balances the smoothness of milk before revealing a fruity tanginess and slight bitterness. Roasted cashew chunks lends a rich nutty flavor and a crunchy bite.
picnic date
This cookie is sensual, romantic, and luscious. Inspired by a picnic my husband and I had by the Seine with fresh raspberries, a bar of dark chocolate, and a bottle of champagne. Single-origin dark chocolate from rare Madagascar cocoa with a fresh, acidic, sharp bouquet and red fruit notes. The perfect complement to raspberry jam made from whole raspberries. Just add champagne!
Seaside Soiree
The all time favorite dark chocolate sea salt cookie! No matter how many new flavors we came up with, this is still everyone's true and tested favorite. It's carby, it's fudgy, it's chocolatey. Caribbean dark chocolate shines with hints of roasted dried fruits and slightly oaky finish. Topped with a nice crunch from Maldon sea salt flakes.

Made from scratch with whole foods
We start with the highest quality chocolates and butter, real fruits, and whole nuts, then fold them in generous chunks, or transform them into ganache, jams, and glazes that go inside our carefully made cookie dough.
We let our cookie dough mature for a minimum of 24 hours. During this process, gluten absorbs moisture and swells, resulting in that irresistible chewy texture. Plus, it's where the magic happens – the tasting notes from the chocolate infuse every inch of our cookies, creating their unique flavors and sharing their captivating stories.
