Oh so light, so crackly, but so gooey. We grind generous amount of pistachio kernels fold it into almond meringue, and topped it with a thick layer of slivered almond and sprinkle of rose petals. This gluten free treat is so light and delicious, something that even folks who'll just "share a piece" will want to finish at least one slice on their own.

Care tip: This cake keeps well at room temperature in an airtight container for 2-3 days. It freezes well for up to 1 month. Cling wrap to prevent freezer burn. Let thaw at room temperature after freezing, reheat in the oven / airfryer at 170c with fan straight from the freezer for 3-5 mins or until warmed through.
